Why TechPye for Her Exists
Across the world, young women remain underrepresented in technology fields. Many have the talent, curiosity, and determination to succeed, but lack access to opportunities, mentorship, or financial support.
TechPye for Her was created to bridge that gap.
Rather than creating a separate learning path, we chose a model that reflects the real world, one where women learn, collaborate, lead, and compete within the same spaces as their peers.

How It Works
The TechPye for Her scholarship follows a simple process designed to identify passionate and committed learners.
Course Interest
Applicants begin by selecting the TechPye course they want to pursue, ensuring their application is aligned with a clear learning path and career goal.
Aptitude Test
After choosing a course, applicants complete a short aptitude test that helps assess problem-solving ability, logical thinking, and readiness for technical learning.
Scholarship Application
Applicants then submit the TechPye for Her application form, sharing their background, motivation, and the story behind their desire to build a career in tech.
Review & Selection
Applications are reviewed by the TechPye team, and selected candidates are awarded the scholarship and welcomed into a TechPye cohort to begin their training.
